This is a course where you learn to make a variety of baked goods such as cookies, cakes, loaves of bread, and bagels.
You will practice 20 baking items and 20 pastry items that are included in the practical exam for the Baking and Pastry Craftsman Certification.
The course strengthens decoration practice and helps you develop fundamental culinary skills.

Baking & Pastry Craftsman Certification Course!

A baking & pastry craftsman refers to a patissier who makes cakes, cookies, pies, and a variety of breads. They prepare ingredient mix charts, operate baking machines and tools, and perform processes such as mixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and packaging to produce baked or pastry items.

The Baking & Pastry Craftsman Certificate is not only valuable for those seeking employment or starting a business in bakeries or cafes, but also a worthwhile goal for home baking enthusiasts. Korea’s bakery market continues to grow rapidly, and as dessert culture expands, this career field is expected to have a promising future.

Course Goals

  • Learn how to express the unique shape and taste of bread and pastries, accurately understand recipes, and acquire basic cooking techniques.

  • Prepare to create one serving of a required item within the exam time limit (within 1 hour) using provided ingredients, simulating a practical test format.

  • Through systematic practical lessons tailored to the exam, we thoroughly share the know-how necessary for passing the baking/pastry certification exam.

  • We provide the best education to train patissiers who will lead dessert culture, helping all students achieve their dreams.
